MTC Nuclear Medicine Class of 2025
I am a native of Wilmington, Delaware, and have been dedicated to the field of nuclear medicine technology since earning my AAS in Nuclear Medicine Technology in 2004. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Management from Wilmington University in 2010, followed by a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2013. In 2013, I became the Program Chair for the same program from which I graduated. At the end of 2021, I moved to South Carolina and became the Program Director of the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program at Midlands Technical College. I truly enjoy my role here and have grown to love the vibrant culture at the college.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, dancing, attending concerts, and, of course, shopping. I’m an advocate to the nth degree for nuclear medicine technology and a cheerleader for all of my students. What excites me most about nuclear medicine technology is its intricate and complex nature and the ability it has to save lives. My favorite part of the job is helping students learn and apply their skills, and it fulfills me to see them thrive after graduating. I believe nuclear medicine technology is the wave of the future, and I’m proud to be part of this amazing field.
